Napalm rethink

<Dinosawer> If you make a Move that crosses, starts or ends in a napalm covered tile, you must make an Evasion skill check to avoid taking damage (only once per Move). This check has a penalty of 5? + the amount of napalm tiles your Move goes through (including starting and end tile if applicable). On a fail or worse, you take 1d3 damage at AP 4, or AP 6? if your Move at any point was in a tile where at least 2 napalm fields overlap.
